How long does it take for my print or poster order to ship? Most print orders ship the second, third, or fourth business day after the order is placed. The shipping time to you then depends on your location and the shipping method used.

Does AMAZE Art Gallery ship print orders rolled or flat?
All print orders are shipped rolled, in heavy-duty tubes. Unless otherwise specified.

What is the freight charge for print orders?
The shipping and handling for most print orders is $10-$15 for UPS Ground or FedEx. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Ground Services are also available at an additional charge.

What shipper does Amaze Art Gallery use?
All print orders for delivery are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified by you.

How will I know if an item I order is unavailable?
A small percentage of items ordered may be unavailable. If an item you ordered is unavailable at present, we will notify you as soon as possible – normally within 24-36 hours – by phone, fax, or e-mail, depending on which method you request. You may change your notification method at any time by e-mailing or calling us.

What do I do if I have received a wrong, damaged or defective print?
If we ship you a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will remedy the problem as quickly as possible, with no additional charge to you. All claims of damaged or wrong prints received must be made within 30 days.

May I return a print that I ordered but no longer want?
Prints you no longer want or need may be returned. You are responsible for all shipping cost on these returns, and a 20% restocking fee. However, no credit will be given for returns that are no longer in resalable condition.

May I add to an order I have already placed?
Yes, you may add to an existing order assuming it has not already been shipped. Please remember that if you add to an order placed on a previous day, there may be a delay in shipping while we wait to ship the additional prints.

May I cancel an order before it ships?
You may cancel orders up until they leave our gallery. If it is a special order item that we have already ordered from the publisher, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If we have not yet ordered your print when you cancel, no restocking fee will be charged.
